Complaint Review: Mike Hendrick - Calgary

   Gaylene C. Hendrick of Hendrick & Associates Marketing Services Inc and Mike Hendrick - Calgary posted false, slanderous and defamatory statements to blog sites on the internet and making false representation in contacting our clients business associates.    Andre (Andy) Lefebvre and Mike Hendrick - Calgary formally of Smart Technologies were directed and given every opportunity to Cease and Desist, remove the false, slanderous and defamatory statements posted to sites on the internet and have ignored the Notice of Statements.   As Mike Hendrick - Calgary formally of Smart Technologies deceived many parties including Kenn Gill of the Ripple Centre, to coerce individuals in his deceit while making a claims that; "I forgive”.  Prophet Mike Hendrick – Calgary, where is your Discernment!!   As Andre (Andy) Lefebvre and Mike Hendrick - Calgary formally of Smart Technologies failed to Cease and Desist, and remove the false, slanderous and defamatory statements to our clients, we will continue in the pursuit of damages.   Mike Hendrick and Andy Lefebvre – Calgary were provided and obtained services by false pretenses in representation from our client’s firm for Business Services.   As directed by the Justice, Mr. Lefebvre will have further recourse to pursue Mike Hendrick – Calgary for his portion if not all in damages. Your failure to Cease and Desist, to respond and appear for the court hearings, and remove the slanderous and defamatory statements posted on the website has resulted in judgments being awarded for damages.     Andre (Andy) Lefebvre – Smart Technologies - Calgary, seizures will be completed to the full extent of the law.   Mike Hendrick and Andy Lefebvre – Calgary:  Your time of Karma has come as you spoke it out!     

Mr. Mike Hendrick is reaping exactly what he has sown in his deceit and lies.  Mr. Mike Hendrick was billed for work and support provided to him in services.  ‎Andre (Andy) Lefebvre and Mike Hendrick - Calgary used false alias' to slander our clients on the Internet and we were successful in being awarded punitive damages in the amount of $200,000.00 plus costs.  We are certainly pursuing Mr Mike Hendrick - Calgary for criminal harassment ‎as Kenn Gill has been served notice! 

To anyone reading this report.  

The allegations listed against me in this report are absolutely false and have no merit. There has been no legal filing against myself at all in any court in Canada, there are no legal judgements against me for defamation and if anyone does a proper search on the Texas State Bar website where this individual claims to practice law, there is no lawyer past or present by the name of Cathy Wilson.  The person behind this defrauded me financially and is trying to get revenge on me for obtaining a legal judgement against him.  He never once tried to settle the matter and pay me back.  Instead it was always met with lies of monies promised repeatedly but never sent.  He has used this alias Cathy Wilson as well as other names repeatedly over the years to stalk and harass me.  I am not hiding from the sheriff in any way.  He was given ample chances to make the situation right and instead decided that he would not listen to anyone in this matter.

Below is a link for the Texas State Bar as well as the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Law Society of British Columbia proving there is no lawyer by the name of Cathy Wilson as a practising lawyer.  The person behind these allegations has pretended to be from these areas as well on different websites sites.  In fact, the same person has used the name in the Province of British Columbia and the Province of Ontario stating they were lawyers there as well.  Anyone can go to these links and see there is no one registered to practise law under that name.

I have reported the individual that has made this report to the proper policing authorities.  They are investigating the matter and have forwarded it on to the Juristiction where this individual lives in Canada.  Furthermore, I have chosen to forgive this man for his atrocieties against myself in the matter.  However I will not stand idle when my name is defamed without reason.
