Mike & Jennifer Brulla Ripoff BROKEN LEASE ON RENTAL HOME , No forwarding Address - Agreed to pay but refused to follow through Bozeman Montana

Mike and Jennifer Brulla signed a lease extension on May 29, 2005 extending their lease to April of 2006. On July 1, 2005 they moved out the our residence located at 2700 4th Ave North, Great Falls, MT 59401 after agreeing to rather easy terms for lease termination which were as follows:

Pay July 1st lease payment of $815
Pay August 1st lease payment of $815
Forfeit their $1000 deposit Which was for damages.

On August 1, 2005 we received the following email message from Mr. Brulla:

I never have cared for threats. You received all monies that are due to you. You did not return our deposit 1000 and you were paid 815 for July and we were out on July 1st. By Montana code you did not attempt to rent the home again so we owe you nothing more. I do have a small calms case against you for the money we already paid to you. You received 1800 from us for nothing and you made no attempt to rent the home again. By law I am telling you do not attempt to contact me again on this issue. My business with you has concluded.

This communication is characteristic of Mr. Brulla's mode of operation anytime money is in question.

We are filing this complaint with the full understanding that Mr. Brulla is now liable for the full amount of the lease for the months of August 2005 through and including March of 2006 for a total of $6250 since he has refused our most generous terms.
