In September 2010, My father and I purchased a subscription to the Bus Converison Magazine. It is now May of 2012 and I have yet to see a single issue of the magazine, or my money back. I have called numerous times and no answer, I have emailed and still no answer. I finally got so mad I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company in question didn't even respond to their request to contact me. As a result they have dismissed my complaint due to no contact from the company. I wish that the man would grow up and at least send me my money back plus interest for the time and effort I have spent in trying to find a way to get ahold of him. Also if someone is this shady they DO NOT need to be in business.
