These people advertise properties on craigslist. I fell into it after a house fire where I lost everything and was looking for a mobile home to pit n on my property they lied to me and told me it was move able and a good solid home I put 1000.00 down on it then found out it was not move able and was very unsafe the furnace shocked my son. I ask for my money back do to the fact that it wasn't move able and was unsafe. I was told no. I also ask them to at least be honest with the next people that it wad unsafe. I had already been through one fire and didn't want another I then found them on the Internet where the news had done multiple stories on them for scamming people look it up by their name or under renter beware. They are lying crooks that take advantage of people .

First and for most this is not about me. It's about the wrong doing snow someone selling something and lying about things. Yes I had bogus checks yes I paid every single dime owed no I am not on probation for the next 4 yrs. Do the math. Second my husband has not ever had a bogus check in his life . Wrong person there are 2 here. 3rd I am not a stalker nor am I unstable .
I am a very upset person that lost there home and all their belongs and then lied to about a mobile that I want a refund on. I never said my daddy would get anyone nor a judge in fact my dad is deceased it is my son in law and yes he is a lawyer/judge . This matter will also be taken up in civil court. No agreement was ever made thst said the deposit was non refundable which is another lie. I am posting the contract and an email I recieved from lori fulbright about these people.

I have a purchase agreement with a non-refundable down payment signed by Roberta Gayle Mullins Moreland for the purchase of a mobile home, as-is, at an amazingly low price for a 1994 doublewide. She decided to not purchase the home, and instead of asking for her down payment back with a certified letter or anything legal, she began to threaten that her father is a federal judge, and that her 'daddy' will 'get me'. Since then, she has been harrassing me and my family, stalking, threatening, extortion, contacting my extended family, insulting me, and acting very crazy.
This is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and this Roberta Moreland has been convicted multiple times for bogus check. Her husband Michael Eugene Moreland also has bogus check charges. She was forced to pay thousands in restitution to several individuals. They have failed to honor the purchase agreement, and are now acting dangerously irrational and unprofessional. Sadly, Ripoff Report cannot begin to control demented felons from voicing their hateful, wasteful nonsense.

I highly recommend anyone from doing business with this unstable individual, as she still has 4 years left on her probation for bogus check.
