Mike Kelley of Point West Construction (also Point Erosion and/or Point Drainage) I. Tampa, Florida is a thief and a scam artist of the worst kind. If you want your home repaired and/or the repairs done right, DO NOT HIRE MIKE KELLEY AND HIS CREW OF BANDITS.
Mike Kelley's claim to fame is that he is a graduate of West Point, which I now doubt. If Mike Kelley did graduate from West Point he is a disgrace to their name.
Mike Kelley visited my home multiple times over several years. Mike Kelley took over $20,000 from my family for contracted work that he did not finish or even start. The work that Mike Kelley and Co. did do was really, really poor and not representative of someone like Mike Kelley who claims to be an "expert." Mike Kelley did not visit my house even one time after he got his hands on the money that was paid to him IN CASH. Most of the contracted work was never started and much was left unfinished. Upon doing some research on Mike Kelley and Point West construction, I discovered that there were numerous other, similar complaints about Mike Kelley by other people he had ripped off.
I wish I had known this and done more research before I hired the scumbag. Try looking on sites like the Better Business Bureau (where Mike Kelley has an "F" rating) and Yelp in the Tampa, Florida area. Do not just take my word for it, look hard at Mike Kelley's background and you will save yourself thousands and a lot of heartache. I have no idea what this con artist still has a license.
