Mike Kuffner and Dee Dee Kuffner ripped us off for pool cleaning services.  We filed a lawsuit after sending them to collections and a week prior to the court case we mailed a letter to the court requesting to dismiss the case, NOT because we were not owed the money.  We dismissed the case because the statute of limitations had passed by one month. Check court records we have won every single case we have pursued except one case where the invoices were too old.
 
 The fact is we stopped their service because the wife Dee Dee is a wingnut and not one of my pool cleaners wanted to deal with this woman. She would require the poolguy to remove approximately 20 floating solar rings each visit and stack them, but not on the ground, then he had to put them back, just ONE instance reflecting why none of our cleaners wanted to go to this house.
 
We sent another guy, Dee Dee Kuffner called requesting the previous poolguy back (he didn't want to, neither did any of the prior cleaners) and we told her no and stopped their service. Dee Dee and Mike Kuffner NEVER had any complaints about the service.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially difficult customers!  We are not beholden to them, we owe them NOTHING!  They owed us money, then, to add insult to being ripped off they BOTH went online to besmirch our company.
 
Bottom line, they then failed to pay their past due bill. The small claims judge "dismissed with prejudice" which is what we submitted to the court anyway. This doesn't prevent us from pursuing a separate lawsuit for defamation and libel plus attorneys fees.   We have never had a legitimate negative review on Yelp, just people we have sued or liened their property.   We terminated their service, not vice versa....
