i purchased a GSD pup from mike madrone of vom haelden kennels with a guarantee that the pup would be registered by 7-1-2006 with the AKC, or i would receive my purchase price back.
as of today, 7-23-2006, the pup is not registered because his imported dam is not registered w/AKC (because mike madrone hasn't paid for her yet). mike has not replied to my repeated emails about the situation, and has certainly not refunded the purchase price of the pup. i can, and will, file against him in small claims court, and will undoubtably win a judgement against him according to my attorney. collecting will be another matter.
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS MAN! he is a ripoff, criminal, thief, who will take your money, and try to disappear. don't be taken by him--he's a true-blue THIEF.
