Mike Moller Abuse to humanity and a disgrace to society Fall River, Massachusetts
After having been out of work for almost 2 years in 2009 I decided to start a business. I found Mike and the company he was representing - JStone Construction or something like that based out of Newton - through an online construction website to remain unnamed due to an NDA I signed with them after having reported his abuse.
He came to my shop and we discussed a fencing job - he took a deposit and claimed to have ordered materials. In the meantime he called to discuss additional construction work that he could help with - he came back to the shop and took another deposit. Then the fun began...
Excuse after excuse - brother is an addict and stole his truck, mother died in New York (ha really?) and his 4 sons were taking it terribly. Message to Mike - I hope she is dead because she would be ashamed of you unless perhaps she taught you all you know and is as much of a loser as you are.
In any event, long story short, he owes me $2,000. I filed both civil and criminal charges in Hingham District Court which he has expertly avoided for a year and a half. After having done a recent search on him - I just can't let this die - I saw that this is his MO. I have placed a call to the DA and am hoping to revive the case and bring him a little more misery.
Seems like a general nice guy - don't let looks and words deceive you folks - be warned. And Mike, what goes around, comes around.
