Mike Olson Dodge of Yakim Washington

Can you please tell my why you don't back what you do to someones car?

Your people put a bypass switch, which spliced into my car computer to bypass the alarm system since no one could seem to figure out why they could not get the transmitter or key to disable my car alarm. (I lost my keys). Now my car is stuck in Yakima, I live in Tri-Cities - it won't run very long when it does start, most of the sensor lights come on when running, it overheats, blew all the belts (which had been replace approx 2 weeks prior), and then it dies, won't start back up, the bypass does not always work.

My car was not like that when I brought it to you. My husband was assured that the bypass would not harm the car or the computer and would not create more problems in the future, but it has very much so. When my husband asked in person to get it fixed, he waited over 3 hours of intermittently being able to talk to someone about the problem and was then told to leave the property or the police would be called, because you refuse to put the car back to normal running condition.

The no key/alarm problem is a completely set aside issue. I would like you to fix my car back to normal running condition, whatever that takes, regarding the problems the bypass issue has caused. It is currently located in Yakima and could very easily brought to you today.

PS - I noticed your name on the NON- RESPONDERS list for the Better Business Bureau online - I am in hopes that you will respond this time.

Mike Olson Dodge ripoff - Yakima Washington

Today, August 30 2004, I arrived at work to find a message from an attorney for Mike Olson Dodge asking me to return his call. - Sounds like Mike Olson Dodge is scared to take care of their own business. I filed a complaint with the BBB before I filed this on Rip-Off - so I handed the name and number over to them.

Just figures that they would do that - they are already on the BBB nonresponder list, and they haven't responded on this website either.
