Long history of shorting employees pay. This man fabricates reasons to not pay employees their pay. Hires ex-cons or despirate people with false wage promises...and deducts hours using fabricated reasons...if you complain..he fires them ...THEN refuses any payment. 2) recently an employee of his broke the condenser unit (AC). After taking responsibility for the incident....he had an HVAC company (one of his friends) come and convince the customer that the part was eaten by an animal...and that it was the customer's fault...making her shell out $ I 60 to the man to repair the unit. The part is located in a sealed area of the condenser unit, and impossible for the animal to get to...not to mention a completely non edible part. 3) the customer reported seeing the employees doing hard core drugs in their truck. And that the company owner appeared to be strung out, nodding off like he was on heroin.

Wow, you do not know Mike Olsen . First you spelled his name wrong second He has been in business for over 20 years. You were let go for sexually harassing the customer. She told Mike you were a weirdo. You told Mike you were an experienced foreman. You did break her air conditioning did nothing but talk all day to the customer all day long never picking Up a paint brush which you were hired for. You harassed and scared the customer.. Told the customer you could fix the unit. Yet another lid. Get your facts straight. He fired you after 1 job for fraud. You even made an advance at me. You are the drug addict . You are also a predatory con artist.
