I purchased a 2002 Hyundai sonata from Mike Piazza Honda. Before purchasing the car, I got it inspected from a mechanic who told me the car was in a nice shape and had two issues:

a) The car was pulling to the left and
b) The AC needs a recharge and would take around 100 dollars.

The dealership agreed to reduce 50$ for the AC recharge on the price of the car and sold it to me.

In the 2nd week, I took the car to the mechanic for AC recharge and he tells me that the entire AC unit needs to be replaced which will take a huge amount of money (guesstimate of 2000 dollars!!!) which is one-third price of the car.

I approached the dealership for this and they are doing nothing in this regard, I consider this as a case of fraud because I think that they knew that the AC was faulty and did not bring it to my notice.

The car has 30 day limited warrenty, but the dealer refuses to give it because he says we have paid you 50$ and that waives your right for limited warrenty.

I am going to take legal action against them.
