I was told in a letter I was exceptionally LUCKY to win an International sweepstakes thru Publishers Clearing House,Lotto,Digest--$51,000 USD and sent a check for processing fees($1880.00) and now I am stuck owing this to my bank....I hope someone can do something about this kind of crime
