Mike Prestia Reliable Auto Tranz Extorted money from customer and used extreme vulgar language when questioned about the status of the car.

Hired Mike from Reliable Auto Transport (1-347-299-3974) to transport my 2013 Nissan Rogue from NJ to my new home in North Carolina He initially gave me a price of $675.00.  He would not release the car to us unless we gave him $900.00 in cash.  

When we questioned him about the location of the vehicle, he spewed out the most vulgar language I've ever heard.  He told me that he had our VIN number and if we did not pay, he would take the car to South Carolina (and charge us by the mile) and put it in storage.

He said the extra money was to cover the cost of his inconvienence if his driver was stopped at state lines and forced to empty out his truck. The driver told us that he was not stopped at all.  The filthy language that he used was totally inappropriate.  

I was never given a chance to speak, as he was talking over me and cursing and calling me horrible names.  When I asked him how he could speak to customers that way, his response was, "I wipe my a$$ with your "f-ing" opinion.  Shut the "F" up!  And hung  up on me.  He also told me that if we tried to back out of the deal, he would have our car impounded.
