mike rotondo is such a big rip off liar. owner of mikes painting in dundalk maryland office #410-285-8372 cell# 443-722-1927 beware of this smooth talker. he can talk the pants off a preist. wants to be paid up front and never shows up to do the work. the con artist probably does'nt pay taxes either. he will not return your calls and will pray on the elderly. He also delivers for a appliance stores. so be extra careful who you let in your house. he will tell you that he can do any side jobs, but you must pay up front. this low life self employed handing out his cards with no state licence number on them should really tell you what kind of shiester he is.
