Mike's Trucks & Cars Mike Sold me a vehicle and did not disclose that the vehicle had been recked. Port Orange Florida
I purchased a vehicle from Mike's Trucks and Cars. Less than a year after the purchase the motor had to be replaced. At the time the work was being done the mechanic ask if I new the vehicle have been recked. I was informed by the salesperson at the time of purchase the the vehicle had never been recked.
I called the owner of Mike's Trucks and Car's and was informed that he was not responsible for knowing the car was recked. Florida law states that he is responsible.
