Mike must have made thousands of dollars off unsupsecting Ebayer's and Ebay/Paypal/USPS does nothing!
See all the buyers that have left NEGATIVE feedback? Now multiple that by about 6 and you will get a much truer # of the people he ripped off. Remember once the seller loses their account status with EBay, the buyers (victims) are no longer allowed to leave their FB. I was one of them.
The auction I bid on #3053095583 was back in October of 2003, yes nearly a year now! (I recently found this site, by searching "MIKE SHARP FRAUD" no less) I sent him a USPS Postal money order for $31.00 which he cashed on 10/24/03 in the Oakridge, TN 37831-0365 USPS. I know this because I had to pay $10.00 to get the information from my local USPS.
I have called Mr. Sharp on several occasions, he used to answer and then tell me he'd call me back and suprise! He never called back. After leaving about 20 messages over the next few months I'd all but given up on ever getting my money or the game I had paid for. (Side note: I spent about $15 in long distance charges)..for those keeping score: I am now down $56.00.
I felt it was my duty to post this here, I doubt I will ever see my money back, but I hope to more posts by the tons of people he scammed on Ebay (and possibly other means)
I see that Mike Sharp posted a reply to one of the other rip-offreport reports and he said that HE was the victim... PLEASE!
Mike, I gave you several chances to fix this...I have given you the item #, my name and # several times...I have wasted time and money on this and have also stressed over it. If this ever goes to trial I will make every effort to make sure they get your for ever single transaction that you thought you'd get away with. I really hope you get caught and do some actual prison time for this...people like you need to be taught a lesson.

I just noticed your comment to my original RipoffReport. Nearly 5 years after ripping me off! you said you refunded everyone you ripped off. I just wanted to say this is completely and utterly 100% FALSE!
I have not received the game I purchased or a refund from this. So go ahead and try to clear your name of fraud, but unfortunately for you the internet doesn't just go away as easy as your eBay accounts!

I sent an email to you and I'm not certain if I am supposed to file this rebuttal. My mother was online and found your website with our address as the 'believed true address' of one of your ripoff persons. I'm sure your website does a lot of good to help people avoid scam artists however the listed address you have for one of your scammers is our address and the phone number listed used to be our phone number. We are not connected in anyway to the person listed and do not know any other Mike Sharps. Please remove our address as belonging to this Michael A. Sharp of Knoxville. I would also prefer not to be listed under the rebuttal section - I just want our information removed and not have it connected to this ripoff artist.

All Money has been refunded for all people who paid money and did not receive the money. This was a huge mess, and cost me alot of money. You or anyone else can verify that all money has been refunded trhough the Office Of The Attorney General in Nashville TN.
