Due to a lack of competence in knowing how to properly do their jobs, Ron A. (Finance Department) Bob B. (Finance Manager) John B. (Sales Manager) and Jordan B. (our salesman) all collectively and entirely ruined our purchase agreement.
I thought that D LOT used-car salesman were the absolute worst people to work with in sales until I walked onto Mike Thompson's RV lot. Their hardened (here today, gone tomorow) sales recruits have [zero] shame in their game and will play their games with every person that has the gumption to walk onto any of their RV lots throughout Southern California.
I have been to each Mike Thompson's RV lot and their strategical hardcore sales game are the same across every one of their lots. If you choose to shop for an RV here, remember that I have properly warned you not to do so.
Mike Thompson's RV owes us $6,400 and I am waiting for a refund check. We were suppose to get the money on Saturday but have yet to see a single dime refunded to us. I am currently in communications with the BBB and they are conducting a full investigation in regards to our business matter.
