Complaint Review: Mike Warren

 
 This a rebuttal to let you know I finally got my refund from Mike Warren's Judgments and Liens course for $995. If you bought this course and decided you did not want it anymore, you must first contact the affiliate you bought it from, and then REISECRETS.COM. As what I did and it took me about 2 weeks to get my matter resolved. I sent them an email to REISECRETS.COM asking for the refund and then she will send you a request refund form, that you have to fill out and then fax it back to there office. I had to wait one week, then nothing happened. I waited another week then sent her another email stating, I would take action, if this matter was not resolved. I stated that I would file a complaint with the ICCC ( Internet Crime Complaint Center) www.ic3.gov a subdivision with the FBI website and to file for a class action lawsuit with my attorney. She thought I was making threats, but I stated it was not a threat, it was the action I would take if I did not receive a refund. So good luck to others that had the same problem as I did.  So below is the original copy of my letter to this website.

  Hello fellow victims and now I am the forth one to report on Mike Warren's scam. I signed up with them on April 19,2012 and wished I checked here first. I should of checked them out with the Better Business Bureau first. A week after I joined I sent them an email stating I wanted a refund for the $995. I left my phone number and someone did call me back and told me I would receive it back to my debit card in a few business days. The next week I called them again and did talk to someone, she put me on hold for a few minutes. She had told me that I bought the course from Stacy Kellams because I had signed up on there webinar site. She claims she had called there office and I would be rufunded in 3-5 business days. On Monday May 14,2012 will be the 6th day and still waiting. I am still giving them a chance to refund my money. Here is copy of an email that I sent to http://misuniversity.com

Hello,A couple of weeks ago. I called in for a refund on the $995.00 and you said it would be refunded.Last Friday I called again and you put me on hold and after talking to you. You said I bought this course from Stacy Kellams. Then you told me my money would be refunded within 3-5 business days and  still no refund returned back to my debit card.
 Hopefully this problem will be resolved by today Friday May 11,2012. As I had problems logging into the website and waiting on the next module. Any problems call me at.

Now if by some chance I do get a refund. I will come back to this website and make a rebuttal statement. If not then I suggest the 4 of us file a class action lawsuit for internet fraud. I have been doing some research and suggest these two websites.  LawyersandSettlements and FreeAdvice.   I hope the Ripoff Report can help us out this people.
