Mike Warren and his company MIS University has given me the run around about returning my money.  I had requested the information pertaining to investment in real estate.  I tried to cancel any subscription that came along with this information before they charged my account.  I missed the time-frame of cancellation for the 1st time they charged me, however, I immediately submitted the request when I saw the charge.  Unfortunately, for me, they charged my account again.  Again, I immediately contacted the company for a cancellation.  I have spoken with a representative by the name of Patrick, who told me to forward the request(s) for cancellation to assistant@misuniversity.com and he would take care of the cancellation and refund.  Which was done on September 16, 2013.  I called today to check on the status of the cancellation and refund and of course had to leave a message.  I received a message from Patrick that the cancellation had been done but he still needed to get the email of the request(s) for cancellation.  Which, I sent again.  I am waiting now to see what the problem will be.  Just wanted to file this report, so that others will be AWARE (BEWARE) of the potential problems they will face if they purchase products and/or subscriptions from this company and try to cancellation.  It will take a lot of work.
