Complaint Review: Mike Waters United Yacht Sales

I just found a report about Mike Waters / United Yacht Sales. I wanted to add my own experience that I had with them.

Mike Waters had a listing for a boat in Virginia. I was interested so I called him up and asked him some specifics on the vessel. Mr. Waters told me the boat was in great condition and just needed some tlc on the teak decks. My girfriend and I decided to fly from Sarasota to VA. to look at the boat. We stayed over and the next day rented a car to drive the three hours to the boat. When we arrived at the boat yard, we did not see it. The manager at the yard said they hauled it out of the water a year prior because it started sinking. He said it bacame a home for about 20 raccons so they decided to cut it up and dispose of it. Needless to say, It's a good thing Mr. Waters wasn't within reach for the next 24 hours. When we asked him why he would do such a thing wasting our time and money. He brushed it off like it was our fault....He's a true bottom feeder and a looser. if you have to deal with him, use caution.
