This Is a Big Scam! Mike Williams, Bill Mcrea, David DeMaris andChad Michaels are the mastermindsof this scam. Many many reference sites saying they are legit, all can be found on Google. I have read them all. It would be no surprise to me that all of these reviews and sites were made by these gentlemen. The software-based hub supposedly in La Mesa California looks more like an apartment complex in the business office, the picture they presented on their website is not the address that they provided, I have googled both and they are different.if you type in Mcreasoft solutions Inc. or Mcreasoft.com, it will take you nowhere on Google.

I found all of this out after the fact. I thought I had done my homework. Hindsight is 2020.

When you first go to these websites, and you decide not right now, they automatically redirect you or a box. and says "don't leave Will Lower the Price". I was a little suspicious, but I decided to take a chance anyway. I paid the money requested which came to $25.65. They gave me a login password to their website, "CONGRATULATIONS! For being a member." And immediately tried to sell me more, to be part of the inner circle, and they started high on the price and then lower it when I tried to leave. After many attempts to get more money out of me which they did one more time another $17.85, my suspicion radar was turned way up, but I had to give it a try since I paid the money to Click Bank.com.

Here is where you figure out that you've been ripped off. They give you a list of names of paying survey sites, like Panda Research.com, the boast of making $60 an hour doing paid surveys is correct, THE CATCH IS, YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCTS TO DO THIS SURVEYS AND OR SIGN CONTRACTS TO THE COMPANY YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCT FROM AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU $12, $20, $5, $50. The services and products that you have to sign up for don't pay you until you pay for the product. This is not what I was told on paid surveys.com.

If by chance, you have paid through clickbank.com, you have a 60 day return policy with this company. You have a 60 day guarantee through McReasoft.com, but their 800 number does not work I tried to call it three times, all I get is a fast busy signal.

This is just one of the many, websites and scams that these men have going. Please check the names that I've listed and stay clear of their lies.

Sir,

Have you been victimized by the guy and his gang?

I have. I invested over 1800usd in hyperpress last year and it became a complete fiasco. My initial investment was not refunded as promised by mcrea. the ticket system was completely ignored after a few months.

I consider myself to be a victim of this individual. He gives me the impression that he/his gang create systems/sofwares, sell them and keep them running for a while till victims get fed up with the lack of results.

It is strange the anti fraud system has not caught him in his native country...

In my rebuttal titled "Very amateurish" and on item #6, I mentioned a product titled "Massive Passive Profits Unleashed".  That title was incorrect due to the fact that I was just going on memory.  I realized later that the last word "Unleashed" should have been "Reloaded".  So, the full correct title is "Massive Passive Profits Reloaded".  Sorry for any confusion.

All of the complaints your report listed against Bill McCrea, Mike Williams, etc., are actually discriptions of almost every Internet Marketer out there, scammer or not.  Almost all internet marketers with a product will do the following:

1.  They do what's called "Upselling" of other products in addition to the product you just bought.  Most legitimate online marketers will do that.  Not just the scammers.  That's the way the IM industry works.  It's just called Marketing.  They want to make some more money if they can.  Does "would you like fries to go with your order?" sound familiar?  Does that mean that McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Burger King, etc. are scammers and that you never got the hamburger you originally ordered?  Of course not.  True, upselling is pretty annoying to many people including me.  But the customer always has the freedom to just say No to the extra offers, like in any sales pitch.  People don't go to jail just for practicing marketing procedures.

2.  Most, and I mean most, will pop up a "Don't leave" prompt, and will proceed to lower the price or make some other deal.  What salesman hasn't done that?...and was the store the salesman worked for a "scam" store with products that never worked?  Come on.

3.  So many legitimate online companies don't answer the phone even after several attempts.  But, believe it or not, some of them are just plain on the other line with other callers, or they may just not be there.  Sure, it's bad business practice for them to do that.  But, it doesn't always mean they are scammers with no intent on answering the phone.  I had to find this out the hard way by just calling again and again at a different time of day, or another day, and finally someone would actually answer and handle my problem pretty well...to my surprise.

4. (Suggestion)  If you bought a product from an internet marketer, just try out the original product you bought and follow the instructions closely.  After following the instructions, if you still feel the product is such a miserable failure that it would have to be a scam, take them up on their 60 money back.  Most of them will honor it.  Even if the refund takes a few weeks, it's still a refund.

5. Many internet marketers will have a ton of different website addresses in order to develop what the internet marketing industry calls "multiple streams" of income.  They just want to have every chance they can get to have something that will work.  Since many attempts can fail, you'll find some websites that are no longer being used by that internet marketer, because the website didn't make him/her any money.  It was simply a failed attempt.

6. I'll narrow this down to the actual people you called spammers.  Not only has Bill McCrea proven his products to be legitimate to much of the public, but I myself am a purchaser of one of his products called "Massive Passive Profits Unleashed".  I can't begin to express how powerful, and legitimate that product is.  It performed so many tasks and preventative measures, automatically, that I was overwhelmed by the extreme knowledge and skill of Bill McCrea and his, then, contracted programmer.  His training videos alone were like an encyclopedia-set of internet marketing knowledge.  It was invaluable.  And the mutltiple websites the software automatically generated, became the cornerstone of my own internet marketing carreer.  BTW, I don't work for him...just very grateful.

7. McReaSoft.com is a real website.  It was previously used for selling specialized mobile apps for businesses, written by McRea's team.  It was also used for a support site to support products he sold on his other websites.  It's now probably used for a newer purpose.  Pretty good re-use of a paid-for domain name.

8. I know that a list of "red flags" is a good thing to have in order to watch out for scammers.  But, please revise your list of red flags.  The red flags you used in this report are embarrassingly inapplicable.
