Mike Williams has a history of taking money for Airplane Restoration, for which he never intended to complete, has been convicted on fraud on multiple occasions, filed backruptcy, written dozens of bad checks throught the USA, had his Pilot license, A&P and IA authority suspended by the FAA. He has changed his business names from www.mikeshangar.com to www.biplanebuilder.com now to www.wildcataviation.com in the last 5 years. He has spent time in jail, made settlements with the IRS for tax issues, been evicted from the Columbus,IN airport. If ever a serial dishonest person lived, this is him, he is so honest to talk too, but inside probably the most dishonest, worst morals and ethics of any human being I have ever met. Call the detectives at the Columbus IN police department, call the FSDO in Indianapolis, believe all the negetive information on the internet, it is true, and even his relatives despise him.

wanted it to be clear that Mike Williams is now doing business under the name of WWW.wildcataviation.com previously was known as WWW.biplanebuilder.com previously was know as WWW.mikeshangar.com this guy is a serial convicted fraud, here is an article found on the internet, a good read, http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/05080803pdm.pdf this is what lead to his filling bankruptcy.
