I see now who I purchased this Silver" online from. With the help of the internet the website below tells me I purchased from "Poker Players" A gambling forum

Mike Wittmeyer and His partner Jonathan Wanchalk, you both have caused much stress with this whole order.

UPS did not do its job properly and delivered the product to an "Unknown" that was supposedly standing in the driveway, maybe the driver never even delivered the package at all. We ordered form you to believe you were an honest company, and we had a secured transaction.

By changing your website information around, it shows you are dodging something. I should of did a check before I ordered, and now to see you have poker sites is just appalling.

I have four young children that overall you both have affected. You obvious were afraid that maybe your Insurance would go up ? UPS did an Investigation, and never even asked me 1 question ? How did Lisa Stanek  the supervisor of UPS in Chicago do her Investigation when I live in New York ?

You both seem like two young boys attempting to do wrongful business to people or not to have empathy at all. When the so-called package was delivered, my husband and I were away having a fourth child. I went into the hospital on 8/22/2012 and your package was supposedly delivered 8/23/2012, I was in the Hospital until 8/25/2012 - Meanwhile your website showed the package was not even delivered yet, I have a picture if you need that also.

You can call Monex and find out the business we have done with them to show you the capacity you have lost in business itself. You both are not the whiz kids you thought you may have been.

Well Karma one day will take its course for you to young boys, what goes around in this life, circles, so please remember what you both have done.
You're duty was to file the claim with the Insurance companies and let them battle with UPS wrong-doing. Shame on you both.

Customer Has Package

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

I have little to add here other than the customer does indeed have the merchandise he ordered, which was evidently "recovered" on his property on Monday. I have few details other than that a UPS driver confirmed receipt of the package, which had been at the customer's location since the 23rd of August.

Despite the fact that the customer does have the merchandise he ordered (and had it the entire time), he continues to threaten me and refuses to amend his comments online. I will not be replying to this matter further, but would like the readers of this dispute to know that we maintain our reputation of never having lost a package or any merchandise.

Thank you for the insightful post, conveniently void of facts. We have spoken in-depth with UPS who completed a thorough investigation and found your order to be delivered. Enrico Domenic Fortini of Hicksville, New York, or New York City, has made many threats with zero action, we have proven zero liability and have never "scammed" nor cheated anyone in the slightest way. Our infinite amount of positive testimonials speak volumes. I have never cheated anyone and there is more than ample reason to believe the poster, Enrico (using his phantom wife's name of "Michele") was attempting to defraud our company. I always complete my end, I am always fair and honest, have never cheated anyone, and can always prove as much. Should someone's attempt to scam us be foiled, as it likely was here, I do not know why I am to blame. Honest customers have had nothing but positive experiences with me and/or any of my professional work, however I can not please a scammer who aims to defraud, lie, and make wholly inaccurate and baseless accusations against me. There is a reason you are the only one who makes these accusations.

Trustworthy and proven with well-documented references and history,
J
