Complaint Review: Mike Zargar Pico Textiles Inc.

This guy has it down to a science. You order fabric by length, he cuts it shorter than you ordered and on a jagged line instead of a straight line then ships it. You get it, it is jagged and shorter than what you paid for. You complain, he then asks for pictures. He points out the jagged edge in the pictures you send then alleges that YOU MUST HAVE CUT IT and refuses to refund your money. How do you dispute that? Its the perfect scam! He stole my money, like candy from a baby. I did a face palm when I looked him up on LinkedIn and it says he is 'Presidnet' of the company. Just another hack scamming money from people.
