We have signed-up for Paydotcom.com website (one of the multiple websites offered by MikeFilsaine.com, Inc.) in order to market our products and paid $100 for the upgraded membership as this option seemed to offer more benefits. As we attempted to use the website we realized that information on the website is not sufficient to create the tools needed for marketing (that could not be determined UNTIL one actually signs up and pays the fee).
The company does not have a working phone number (the only phone number we could find consistently has a recording that directs you to the Help function of the website). However, there is no ability to ask any questions (company only offers several FAQs). The website does not seem to be maintained by anyone as the posts in the Help Desk are all from 2007 and all of them are negative emails from the angry users asking for help, but not getting it.
Another option, Help Forum, has the same questions discussed over and over again (the dates seem to being changed to create an image of the active website).

As a result I am unable to receive help in order to utilize the services I have paid $100 for.

Overall, this company and the services it is offering look like a total fraud and needs to be shut down
