His buisness cards don't have a licence number on them to prove he is legal. his cell number is 443-722-1927 office number is 410-285-8372 he prays on the elderly.

Just about 48 hours after putting Mike Rotondo's name on the web and doing a back ground check on this guy, only to find out that he is on probation for ripping off the elderly. He was called and told to return my mothers money or we were calling his probation officer. Mike Rontondo showed up at my mothers house with all of her money. What a scammer he is. Watch out for this guy. He does'nt have a business licence, so beware.
