Mikimike Charged my Credit card and did not sent the merchandise

I ordered a protable vacuum cleaner from Mikimike on Sep 8, 2018. They charged my credit card the same day. As of yet I have not seen my vacuum. I have sent several e-mails and left voice messages on their phone. No one has ever contacted me nor have I received any e-mail correspondance from them.
