Complaint Review: MikiMike

MikiMike I ordered a Portable Eureka vacuum on August 18, 2018 and still have not received it. Item was supposedly shipped on August 20, 2018. Item was paid for with my credit card, my Acct was charged.

I have sent numerous emails and received a response from the 1st email stating I would receive item in 30 days as it was coming from China. I have received no response from any of the other emails.

I do not believe I will ever receive the vacuum or a refund of the 67.95 I paid for the vacuum. You cannot contact them with the phone # they list(1-809-757-6075) All you get is a recording telling you to email them.

I’m afraid this is not a legitimate company and I have learned a lesson the hard way.
