on Aug 27 th I bought a vacuum cleaner Portable vacuum cleaner Eureka NEC122A × 1

I paid by my credit card  $ 67.95

on Aug 30 they wrote me :

Please don't worry your order already shipped out tracking will update in a few days since we had a lot of orders so our logistic is still updating each order  Shipment will arrive between 20-30 days.     Our company is located in the US We have warehouses in China and USA. This product we send specifically from China in order to sell it at an affordable price - There is no need to worry about the same model sold in the United States. We offer a 100% refund.    

on Sept 13 they wrote me again:   I'm sorry, but we currently have a technical issue on the order tracking page, so I've posted the previous one. And whatever I need I'll keep you posted here. The shipment should arrive between 27-29.9   If there is a problem after the specified date please contact me directly in this e-mail here   up till today nothing came to me...i wrote few times to them and never got a reply...i called - no live person there to talk.   i just want a refund but they are out of touch!

Same happened to me. Need to do reseach before ordering off the internet. The in esscense stole my money. That is a felony.
