1. You may have aimed at the wrong company, because:
- We have search through our customers' directory, but we do not have a client named Johan Chan from Chicago, or from any part of the world. If you are our client, please provide us the invoice and other proof that your clothes has been made by Milan Bespoke. We do not believe you could provide such proof, as we do not sell "fake fabrics", all our fabrics are genuine and provided by reliable suppliers.
- The phone number 1 (416) 274-1234 you have mentioned in your report is not our company's number, we googled it and it appears the phone number belongs to another tailoring company located in Canada.
If you have aimed at the wrong company, then the way you filed your report gives us the feeling that you do not hold anything strong on your side, it is not going to get you anywhere, and it is not helpful for any other customers who read your report. There is no valuable detail or information in your report, you should clearly state when and where you made your purchase, what conversation was exchanged between you and that company, what exactly went wrong, did you buy a piece of fabric from that company? How much you have paid for that fabric? Can you provide any photo? What was the true value of the fabric you have bought? how much you have been "ripped off"? did that company try to resolve the problem with you? etc etc. In short, give as much detail as possible to prove your story and be useful to other customers (we assume that should be your purpose if you are a client).
2. You are not a client, but a competitor. If so, then we have a bit of advise to you:
- You do not gain business opporturnity by badmouthing your competitors, on the contrary, you should make good use of your time and concentrate on improving your knowledge in the industry and improving your service quality, that is what we do.
