I've been doing business with this company for years and until recently never really had many problems, but 2 weeks ago I placed an order based on their online wibsite. What I ordered should have been a champagne color, what I got was more of a coffee. They exchanged it. What they didn't do was admit that this was not the color they had advertised, nor did they offer to cover shipping cost, so another dress was ordered and again the same problem. the color of the dress was no where near what's shown on their website. This time I wanted a refund, and was told I could only have a partial refund. Now my question is this? How can I be penalized for something that's not my fault, I didn't receive what I ordered?

I'm out shipping cost, plus a total refund to my customer, and now I have to ship this dress back, thus causing more shipping cost and can't get a full refund. I checked with the B.B.B. and now see why this company has an "F" rating.
