Complaint Review: milenium Toyota

I found a Acura RL on the web listed without price.  I called and spoke with Andrew the used car manager.  He priced the car at $10,700.  After 45 minutes I called back spoke with Andrew again and told him we wanted the car.  We would make flight arrangments as soon as he faxed down a bill of sale.  After 4 calls and still no bill of sale a sales person named Jerry called and said the price was now $12,500?  Furious we slept on it and called back the following morning and confirmed we would still take the RL with Jerry.  They refused to budge from $12,500.  Again we asked for a bill of sale to be faxed down to confirm the sale and price.  Again, after 4 calls and no bill of sale I was lucky to catch Andrew again and he said the car had been sold last night.  When I caught him in this lie and told him Jerry confirmed the car was still available earlier this morning he said "Jerry is just a sales person" and he now had some one else interested in the car at $12,900.  Take it or leave it?  He then said "he was in the business to make money".  I asked him if his word meant anything at all and he then said "this conversation is over" and hung up.   

I don"t know about the new car side of this dealership but avoid the used car side at all cost unless you want to play games and work with folks who freely lie!  It really is a shame that bad apples like Andrew paint the whole industry as jerks and liars
