Miles Moore first promised to modify our mortgage, reduce payment and balance. Our experience has taken over a year to be processed and is still not completed.  Miles also put pressure on us for payments (for his fee) even though work wasn't complete.  He gave us all kinds of stories as to why he needs the money and always went right to the bank to cash the check.  He insisted on us giving him cash, we did not give into this request as we wanted proof of payments.  Our experience with Miles also includes him not following up with lender with questions we needed answers for.  We tried to contact him several times and he was very hard to get a hold of.  When we needed answers he was nowhere to be found.  When he wanted a payment he called us several times and even showed up to our house uninvited.  His lack of professionalism forced us to remove him from the deal and now we are not only out of the money we gave him, our mortgage modification is still not complete.  If you are in need of any services in the real estate world I do not recommend Miles Moore.  He puts on a good front and knows how to talk the talk.  His fees for this modification are more than they should be.  I know now that you can modify your loan for FREE if you work directly with your lender.  The companies Miles Moore work for are: Milestone Diversified Services, Inc., United Northern Mortgage Bankers, LTD & Exit Realty Milestone

   I was just made aware that my husband wrote on this site and that he finally responded. I feel obligated to personally give a response since I am the actual owner of the property in question. First off, Im appalled that he put personal information which is a privacy issue from a business angle. This is very disturbing for any future customers looking to use his services. His response was a surprise and very unprofessional. To start off You Gotta Be Kidding to a rebuttal is very unsuitable from any business. It took him over 1 year to respond to this complaint and not once did he call, email or mail us to discuss these issues. He did promise a balance reduction to us prior to paying him or gave the impression (he knew how desperate we were for a loan modification on our family home). And yes it is possible to reduce your principle, its called loan forgiveness mortgage balance reduction program. Once you were paid the second time the story changed.


  Regarding that he completed the work, this is false. We started the modification in Nov/2008 and sent all the documents requested by the bank with no assistance. We were looking for help to speed up/better the process and reduce our principle balance. That is when we contacted A. Miles Moore from Milestone Diversified Services Inc. in April/2009. He did assist for short while until I realized he was 1) not contacting the bank as often as he should of when the bank continued to lose our paperwork a few times and ask for more documents. 2) The lack of attention to our requests/calls 3) wanted full payment when the modification was not complete (in trial stage) 4) promised to reduce our principle balance. Please be aware that the $2,480 was for a trial payment period given by the bank which still did not guarantee the modification success. If he would have followed through the whole process to the very end, of course we would have paid the final payment. The trial period and the bank requesting more and more documents is not the end stage of a modification or what he states completed approved loan modification.


Prior to the 2nd payment (another $500), he would call 3 times or more a day requesting more payments (very awkward). Why would we pay on a trial payment thats not guaranteed for successful modification by the bank. Coming to our home and demanding money was way out of the norm for a business. Why not put more effort ensuring that it officially got modified? I felt very uncomfortable to the aggression he showed when he arrived unannounced at my door. Why wasnt this aggression shown when we called him various times for status on our modification and bank requests? I requested for the bank to drop him from further assisting me and I continue to deal with the bank directly myself afterwards.


   I recommend contacting your bank directly or a non-profit. They will provide you with a list of items for them to review. It does take some time and effort, but they are willing to work with you and recommend not using a third party and paying thousands (as per my bank and research during this experience). Please google loan modification scams . If you decide to use a third party please check their credentials and make sure they provide a fully stated contract.

I have finally just stopped my life to address this Rip Off Report. The very first line of this false report tells a lot about it's author.  You would have to be way far out from reality to believe that I could personally do any of those things.  If someone told you that then why not call your bank and say "can Miles Moore Modify, reduce the payment and balance of our mortgage?"  The writer of this false Report is Mr. Steve Myer and the modification in question was in his wifes name (Anna Vanessa Nino). There is no way possible I could ever make those promises because they are desicions that only the bank can make.  Let's look at why would the Myers came to me anyway.  They were referred to me by Mr. Myers friend because I assisted his Father in completing his modification in which he received a rate of 2%  and the Bank eliminated over a $100,000 off his current princpal balance.  That was great but let's not forget that His friend's Father had a different bank and type of loan than the Myers.  I advised Mr. Myer and his wife that I am only an "Advocate for them" to the bank.  I help prepare the paperwork, giving them the greatest possibility of sucess.



He also claims that I never completed the work...this is a bold faced lie. They did get a modification approved and it did lower their total monthly payment from $4,383.12 per month to $2,480.00 per month.  That's $1903.12 off their current monthly mortgage payment (how dare they complain). They eventually stopped paying me because they claimed I promised to have their principal balanced reduced.  I could not promise that because all banks and loans are different, so I could not make such a blanket statement. I received a $500 upfront processing fee to help them complete all their paperwork plus make sure that their Numbers were submitted correctly.  Then our agreement (that they signed) said that the final fee for completing the loan mod would be equal to 1 months mortgage payment (the new modified payment), if the modification was denied there is no charge (also in the signed agreement).  The agreement for payment is only for a completed approved loan modification, not if there principle Balanced was reduced (this is why they say I pressured them for payments when "the work wasn't complete). This reason why I asked for payments was because I did what was agreed upon!  I asked for cash (and always offered a receipt to anyone giving me cash) was because of people just like these, who decide not to do what they agreed to.  These people have seriously lied in this report and I have the proof.  Read their report carefully, they expose their own selves.  Look at the line that says "When he wanted a payment he called us several times and even showed up to our house uninvited."  If I called for payments several times,  then why not call back and say at that time "We are not paying you because we are not satisfied'?  The reason is that they did start making payments on the $2480.00 bill and then decided not to complete the payments because there was no principle reduction. They eventually stopped while still owing me money.  The nerve of him claiming that the Modification processing/advocacy fees were too high, this is ridiculous!  Just look up on the web and see what is being charged to people.  Then he goes even further and states "I know now that you can modify your loan for FREE if you work directly with your lender".  This is why I titled this rebuttal "Are you kidding me?".  They could never work directly with his lender because he did not know what to say!!!!!  This modification needed to use his income in order for his wife to qualify; he was an Appraiser who got paid sporadically.  He did not know how to present the info to the bank, he did not know how to properly write an explanation letter for their situation!  Did I mention that they had tried to do this on their own before????  Needless to say, they were unsuccessful.  So, in conclusion:  A Loan Modification is free if you work with your Lender but if you don't know the guidelines or have experience with your specific Bank then you can easily shoot yourself in the foot and get denied!  As far as the assassination of my character......."You gotta be kidding me!" 



PS:  I AM GOING TO PRESENT A SITE SO THAT ANYONE WHO HAS READ THIS LIE REPORT CAN GO AND SEE THE APPROVED MODIFICATION AND THE SIGNED AGREEMENT!
