Milestone Electric Milestone Paid to get my air conditioning fixed and it's been a week and it's still not fixed. Dallas Texas
Our air conditioning went out a week ago and Milestone has been out to my home three times and still hasn't fixed it after paying over $700 and a subscription service. They even promised to give us window units till the problem is fixed and they broke that promise. Horrible, horrible customer service. Finally got fed up with Milestone and canceled anything and everything I was paying them for. They are professional looters and a scam business. Never will use Milestone again and will ACTIVELY dissuade anyone from using them for anything. Reported Milestone to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency that will help prevent anyone else from using them.
