March 23 I bought a Groupon Goods deal from Milford Spice Company, and I redeemed the Groupon on March 24.  Now it is the beginning of June and there has been one generic email in April mentioning that the company was overwhelmed, but still no goods delivered to my door or any update as to the status of my order.

I am obviously not alone in having this problem.  Last year, apparently, the company took six months to deliver on a groupon deal.  However good their stuff might be, this sort of poor customer service will mean no repeat business from me (if I ever get the stuff I ordered nine weeks ago!).

Groupon is trying to solve this for me, but is apparently having their own difficulty getting ahold of employees of Milford Spice Company.
