Complaint Review: Milinex Power Storm Vac

Milinex Power Storm Vac ripoff: they were supposed to send me 2 power storm vacs and a steamer. They sent only the steamer, which was free and was junk; it didn't work. I paid over $100.00 for the two vacuums and never received them. Internet

I purchased two milinex power storm vacuums over the phone. I was to receive the two vacuums and a free steamer. I only received the junky steamer that doesn't work.

I purchased the vacuums back in December 2005. I started calling the second week of January 2006 to find out when I would receive my vacuums. They told me that due to a high volume of purchases the vacuums would be sent in another 6-8 weeks.

After waiting another 10 weeks, I called the customer service number and they told me to go online and e-mail customer service. I went online and e-mailed customer service, but they never e-mailed me back. Several weeks later I called and told them I hadn't received a reply. They told me to go online and gave me a different e-mail address for customer support.

I e-mailed the customer support and they said to call another phone number and speak to someone named Linda. I called and Linda told me to call back in a week and see if they received records from the old company that sold milinex. So, I waited a week and called back.
She then told me they still had not received the records yet and to just keep calling on a weekly basis till they get them.

I called 3 days ago on 10/16/2006 and they still are maintaining the same story that they don't have customers records and can't even check into any purchases. It has been 10 months to date and never received my vacuums or a refund.
