Complaint Review: Milinex Power Storm

I ordered on 4/15/06 the Milinex Power Storm Vacuum on-line rather than calling the 800# on the infomercial. I was surprised that the cost of the vacuum on line was initially cheaper, however, I declined all the "extra's" and my charge was still $83.24, which was much higher than the price quoted on TV. I tried to cancel my order on line but was not allowed to, no option was available.

I tried to cancel the order with the bank on 4/17/06
prior to the money actually being debited, however, the bank could not cancel the transaction. The amount was debited from my account on 4/18. Today is 6/20/06 and I have not received anything. The phone number on my debit is ######, although no one else had any luck calling, I will try the NY #.
