Complaint Review: Military Issue

I placed an order in April of this year (2016) and received only half of what was requested (the entire order is required to accomplish what I need to get done).  When I inquired about when the rest of the order would be completed I was told at the time "two weeks."  After two weeks passed I saw nothing in the mail, so I called again, again I was told "two weeks."  Every time nothing showed up I would call and yes, you guessed it, I was told it would be another "two weeks," that is until last month, they have now moved to responding "four weeks."  They have nothing but excuses with no legitimate interest in fulfilling the order -- so it seems.

This company is a joke when it comes to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.  They have no interest in customer feedback evident by the usual "customer satisfaction ratings" on most legitimate company websites.  

BE WARNED: this company may sell military related items but they do not have the military mindset of Honor and Commitment!
