Complaint Review: Milk Embroidery

Milk Embroidery Did not send us our products (3 months and counting) or give us a refund City of Downey California

Please, for the sake of your own sanity and for the good of your company, do not use Milk Embroidery under any circumstances. They will promise deadlines that are not met. They will complain they are being micromanaged after they have missed deadlines and you ask where they are. They are unbelievably unprofessional, they are rude, and they are lazy.

Moving on, the phone number on the site may as well be null and void - he, Shaun 'Rick' Flores, does not pick up the phone no matter what time or day you call. I even tried to schedule a phone call with him and he did not reply to that either.

He does not reply to any messages, be them emails or texts. He will however read the message and not reply (he has his read receipts left on for some reason). So if you have a problem with any products then unfortunately you're never going to hear back from him. He will not reply to any messages on Instagram either, and will actually resort to blocking you if you ask him for a call/text/reply.

It has been 3 months since we placed our order and, although it was partially fulfilled, the other part has been ignored and he now has over $100 of our money and we do not seem to be getting our money back, nor our products. 

Additionally, we contacted him asking if his products were Made in USA or Produced in USA. He said Made in USA, however, when the hats arrived they had the originally label still stitched inside them saying "Made in Vietnam". 

Now we are looking to be refunded and he is yet to respond.

Simply put - I would not recommend Milk Embroidery to my worst enemy.
