Do not place orders with Milk Embroidery.  They will promise to meet your deadline to embroider your hats in order to get your money.  However, from personal experience and meeting others on Instagram, they do not meet the deadlines and will sometimes take months to get your hats to you.  All the while making false promises.

Ordered 265 embroidered hats from them and was told it would be ready on time.  After they missed the deadline, I attempted to get a firm date as to when hats will actually ship.  Was provided tracking numbers that didn't show any information, until days later.  When hats finally arrive, its not the whole order.  

Again, was promised rest of the hats will ship soon.  After weeks of going back and forth, was provided another tracking number, that of course did not show any information until days later.  Hats arrive again, and its only part of the order again.  WAS NEVER INFORMED that only part of the hats are shipping.  After 1 month of missing the deadline, decided to cancel remainder of order and receive a refund.  Was told the refund was processed and it should show within 72 hours.  Asked for confirmation of refund and would not provide it.  After 72 hours, sure enough, refund was not issued.  They ignored all texts after that.

Save yourself the headache and hassle and do not do business with this unethical company.  Can provide you proof of all this as I have saved all correspondence.  I can also point you into the direction of others who have experienced the same problems.

 Company sent me “proof” of refund (which is actually a screenshot of the “chargeback” that was filed by me and granted to me by my bank, after they conducted a research of my claim).   In response to the company’s request to remove my review, I am going to revise it with just a timeline of events without adding any personal opinions.  Based off of those facts, it is up to you as the buyer to make an informed decision.

  

4/28/2016 – Paid 50% deposit to start the order.  Agreed upon need by date is 5/13/2016

5/9/2016 – Email from company stating hats will ship the next day 5/10/2016

5/13/2016 – No hats arrive

5/16/2016 – Email from company stating 65% already shipped, rest will ship the next day 5/17/2016

5/23/2016 – Hats arrive but not the stated 65%.  The 35% never arrive the next day.

Filed a dispute at this point, but after speaking with company agreed to cancel dispute as the remaining hats were promised to ship the next day

5/31/2016 – Text message from company stating hats shipped out on 5/27/2016

6/2/2016 – Email from company now stating that the hats shipped and should arrive on 6/4/2016

6/7/2016 – Hats arrive and it is not the entire order yet again

Immediately requested a refund of the remaining hats on this date.

6/9/2016 – Company sends a screenshot of “alleged” refund and was told to wait 72 hours to appear in my bank

6/12/2016 – No refund

6/16/2016 – Bank confirmed there is no refund pending.  Initiated chargeback process to get my money back.  Per the bank’s policies, had to wait 15 days from the date company claimed to issue refund before the chargeback can be made.

6/23/2016 – No refund issued.  Bank issued chargeback in my favor.

This is not an isolated issue as I have communicated with others who have had similar experiences.
