Complaint Review: Milk embroidery

 I placed a order with this company in May clearly asking Shaun Flores multiple times before sending any type of payment if he could complete my whole order and have shipped to me before the 23rd of June . After payment a week goes by I and I ask him for any update and he tells me everything is going as planned .another week or so go by and we are getting close to the deadline I ask multiple times for photos of what he has produced for me and nothing his response was do you want photos or products .i was complient and when the 20th comes around for him to mail out I check the tracking and it seems as if something is wrong ,like I thought he did not ship he only printed a label .i had to pay an additional 200$ to have shipped to the event I needed the product for.upon arrival I ask if everything is in the box he replies "yep" the box comes and would you know it half the stuff is missing ,it takes another week for him to send me what he claimed to be the rest of my order and again only half I am still missing 25 hats ,25 shirts And 1000 tags for these garments The tags were supposed to be on the shirts but he clamped that was an additional fee which was fine with me and I made very clear in my emails that I wanted them .none of my stuff came with any tags attached All the t shirts tags were cut (that's what bootleggers do) also he reused old crooks and castle t shirts and printed my designs on them 50 of the shirts I orders all bleed when washed he sent me a refund and claims the remainder of my order is on the way I am still currently waiting for my products I have not received any tracking or update He is terrible at communicating claims he is never even in the shop ..so why am I talking to him ??? I found others who claimed he was a scammer and when confronted said he didn't need my business I just want what I paid for that's it He lied multiple times and said he did not care What kind of business owner says that? Also he claimed he doesn't answer because I contact him to much .if he did what he said he was going to do I wouldn't have any issues we both agreed on a legally binding contract and he breached the contract when he failed to send me everything when he was supposed too Please do not fall victim to this service it is terrible.
