This event took place in Las Vegas on August 22, 2013.

i would like to report Milka Von Rhedey co- founder/ director of Las vegas Fashion Week aka MAGIC! as im one of the designers that been scamed and ripped off of this event. Contract i signed included : media, press, buyers lounge events, photographs and magazin publicity. nothing from mentioned was not presented . from the first day i arrived i have tried 6 times to call and meet this person to talk about the event and details , but noone ever replied .on the rehersal day i got about 9 outta 13 girls that climed to be models to barely fit in my clothes !absolutely nightmare !

I got about 45 minutes to set up a rrhersal with them when i literally had to trach them how to walk!!! Attitude was on anither level! They looked dirty anf uncombed l, only few were actually profecioanl mannered girls that i had to use 4..5.times. not even finished my fitting they all ran up to another designer and were going through their clothes! i had no help with puting up my clothes and steaming it even though my cintract said i will be provided with at least 10 people and even insisted to use their help! But no nothing i had to do ecerything myself!! Russel Frank was her assistant that would not even listen a word i said , complete ignprant person! tried to call Milka again and still nothing!

On the day of the even i came hour before the show and they told me i was gonna go first even thoug i was last on the schedule. I had to rush to put up my accessores and change my line up as some of the clothes was ripped from fitting , shoes were stolen outta the boxes . no video was played during the show, music was wrong , out of 19 pieces i showed only 9 torn spart pieces . i was literally crying in my kneese when i had to pick up my pieces i worked day and night on! i payed for this even 2500$ and i flew from a different country ticket that cost me 1200$ and to return home eith dirty and ripped clothes !!! event took place in a hotel show room with open door for anyone and got only few people. No media no press nobody was there !!! i still havent met her untill after the show on afterparty that was at gay bar.

When i confront her she played dumb the whole time and was knodding her head like she was agreeing with everything i said. i said i demand my money back for the damage thats been done to my clothes and to me personally and emotionally ! she said she will contact me bext day but i shr never andwrred her phone and her puppet russell was no help at all and kept saying im sorry. All im trying to say DO NOT even think to come there and rxpect anything from these people but damage and scam and lost money!!! I will take this to the court and personally will find her and make her pay back for what she did to me And my clothes! i been crying thr whole night for the poor clothes , wasted time anf money . I was embarrassed .

Designer Victoriya K**** from the Ukraine, showcased the Cherry Life Collection at Fashion Week Las Vegas on August 21st, 2013 during Fashion Week- The Runway show was AMAZING the looks were spectacular, our guests cheered and we all enjoyed what we saw on the Runway. Thank you for a Great Runway Show to Open the night.

Behind the Wall/  of the runway- unfortunately was not a Beautiful or Enjoyable Scene- but a total Train Wreck experience my team was put through-  I appologize to my team - that I could not clone myself to be in all places at the same time. With producing any big show there is alot of behind the scenes going on and while we dont like to talk about or make a spectacle about it,  unfortunately in this case we must share what goes on behind the curtain, share with the reader how incredible craxy things can become and how things can be changed by a blink of an eye. We typically do a rehearsal and fitting the day before to give us ample time to work out the kinks to be prepared for the runway shows, the Fashion Show which on Thursday night was our last night we were packed in the showroom,we had several buyers, media guests all watching.
I could not have been more proud and happy to see all our excited and happy guests anxiously waiting for what would be an amazing Red Carpet Collection to showcase International Emerging Designers for the third  time in Las Vegas at Fashion Week Las Vegas Season 3.

First

I do want to say when this complaint was published we had communicated with the designer's sister that iniitiated the complaint and hoped we could get her to correct her initial writing and realize how she created alot of what she felt was a terrible thing against her,  but we waited and she did not do the right thing. I feel we tried our best, and while we listened to her complaint and felt she had taken this night and made a spectacle of herself, maybe she may come to her senses and realize maybe she was nervous or just having a bad day but she never really changed and she probalby is accustom to treating people like this,  but we all know its not professional to abuse and treat people in the manner she displayed infront of  alot of people in the  back of house- who were there to help her- but she refused the help, she did not listen to my Back of House Manager and discounted any suggestions, and also she has typed several incorrect statements, which will be will cleared up in this platfrom.

First of all, Our company name is Fashion Week Las Vegas LLC.  we are not affiliated nor do we say we are in part or whole  "MAGIC"  We never have said this , I am not sure how she came to say this and she wrote this but she has clearly made a mistake,  and I want to set the record straight. MAGIC is an amazing platform to showcase brands designers during the Market week and we want to keep in good standing with MAGIC.

I have taken the time to speak to the team that worked with Victoriya K**** also known as ANVI and here is what we uncovered getting several perspectives who interacted with her at Fashion Week Las Vegas

Fitting and Rehearsal occurred on Wednesday 20th, 2013  and Runway Show was Thursday 21st, 2013.

My recollection from the Runway Director~ Back of House Manager

Wednesday

The designer Anvi came in a little after 11am.  First was the "mother of the designer" and an older male first walked into the Addison Hall.  I asked how can I help you... The woman said yes we are with the designer Anvi to do her fitting.  I said ok and went back to the fittings with the other designers.  Anvi and her sister (Victoria) walks in with their rack.  I asked who were they?  Victoria said yes we are the designer, we looking for Russel.  I told her I was him, how can I help you?  She said yes you emailed us about the fitting to day. I said yes.. Showed them where they can set up.  I told her let me finish my fittings with this designer then myself and my models can get started with you. What do you need from me until then?  Victoria asked for two rolling racks. I condensed the Mens designers collections and gave her two racks.  I asked her how many looks she has, she told me 20.

When I finished the fittings with the other designer, Cxxxxx Couture, I  and my 17 models went over to Anvi collection.  She started doing her fittings with the models.  I stepped out for a few minutes, left my lead intern, Julie with the designer.  I came back, and I was told by one of my main models, that the designer is choosing the back up models. I spoke with the Victoria (because Anvi doesn't speak very good English) and told her Hey you are using few models and aren't using my main models.  You are using the back up models a lot.  The back up models are there to help each designer have a fuller collection on the final walk.  The main ones are better, more qualified, and are in a modeling competition so they need to walk more if possible.  Plus this will keep your line up more flexible and wont have so many changes with the models if you keep using only the back up models. Victoria explained this to Anvi, so she went back through her lineup and made some adjustments. She didn't appear happy, but making sure she used the featured models, and her lineup had enough changes between the models, I wanted to be sure.

Victoria did the rehearsal walks.  It was short, so I jumped in and asked her if she was happy with the walks.  She gave me a half smile, so I told her I will rehearse with them again.  I asked her to show me the walk so I can coach the models again with their walks.  We did it one by one, down the runway.  After the second runway rehearsal, she and her team seamed to be a little more happier with the results.

Thursday:

Anvi and her team showed up and went through their racks.  I didn't speak much to her during the day.  Victoria had left and texted me asking what time to be back. I told her by 7pm.  By 7pm Anvi and her team showed up. I told her her line up for the designers, I chose her because she was closes to the front towards the backstage.  She wasn't happy, so I then offered Miss Teen Nevada Latina 2013 .  I told Victoria, I'm sorry you are having to open, but I have Nxxx xxxxx, the 2013 Miss Teen Nevada Latina is offering to open for you.  She holds a beauty pageant title here in Nevada.  I hope this can somewhat make up for you and the line up.  She can open for you and then watch the rest of the show.  She said ok.   I then finished walking through the rest of the line up.  Shirley, one of my back up lead stylist took the initiatives to walk around to each designer and write out their line ups.

We started the show, with introducing the runway models first.  Afterwards, Anvi and her models started to get dressed.  I saw that some of my volunteers back of house attempted to help her, but she insisted on dressing the models herself.  Shirley started to line up the models.  I then noticed that the models had on accessories.  I asked one of the models are these accessories from the designer or where did they come from?  The models then told me, yes these are from the designers.  The accessories were not part of the fitting or rehearsal.  When I saw the accessories, I knew this would be a challenge.  Having done runway shows before, its best practice to not use accessories because the changing out of the jewelry from one look to the next, can be difficult.  Changing out earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets from is extra steps that can hold up the lineups.

The DJ started the music. I looked at Victoria to cue me when to sent out the first model. The beginning was smooth. No issues came about.  During her show, it started to get a little behind and had to start sending out models out of order.  Towards the end of the show, Miss Teen  was suppose to only walk once. I told this to the designer and her team. Instead, they had Miss Teen change into another look. Miss Teen was fine with that, but the dress was have lace and see through over her left breast being exposed.  I looked over and said, I need a model, my runway is empty.  Miss Teen  said to me, I cant go out like this, I don't have a paisley.  Victoria said the same thing, I need a paisley.  I told her, I don't have one, I don't think anyone has one,  but I need a model on my runway.  They looked for a solution to cover miss teen's , breast.  I then grabbed Marla (wedding dress finale runway model) and said, I need you to go out there, she said, no no no, I am the finale. I am suppose to go last. I told her I am sorry but I need a model to go out there while we fix the other models dress.  She went out there, out of order and out of line up.  I could tell the designer and her team werre mad and upset.  They found a scarf and had Miss Teen walk out with a scarf covering her breast.  Then, I heard the designers arguing at each other in her foreign language. Shirly and myself gathered the models and had them all walk out in final walk to show the collection to the audience. Another model Carala, came up and reached for the designers hand.  You need me to walk with you?  Ill walk with you, come on.  She grabbed her hand and walked out to the runway to do the final walk.  Before doing so, Victoria grabbed a crown and tried to dress the designer.  The designer must of not realized but she walked out to the stage causing Victoria to miss the opportunity put the crown on her head.  She then turned around and threw the crown down on the floor hitting another model, Cindy in the stomach.  Victoria started bursting out profanity causing a scene. John, a guest back stage  security  came to calm her down and spoke to her to make it easier for her.

After her show... my volunteers attempted to help her get her collection to gather re hung an grab the shoes from the models to keep them all in order.  Anvi and Victoria were loose cannons back stage running around speaking their language back and forth.  I can tell by their action as they were not happy.  My volunteers told me, they were un happy because the one model didn't want to wear the dress with her breast out causing the line up to get messed up. also with the line up it was all out of order.  I asked what do you mean?  They told me that they had changed the line up in the show as well causing some of their collections not to be seen.

there were 17 LOOKS that were shown on the Runway

Things I noticed that went wrong with this  show, and out of my control

1. They chose very few models. In a 20 piece collection, they used less than half of the models.  The model change up back stage the models had too many looks.  Some models had 3/4 looks. I advised the designer not to do this because their lineup will be messed up.

2. Using Miss Teen in  dress she wasn't comfortable with.  She is a local beauty pageant winner, with a current title. She cant be photographed with her breast out like that plus with her being 17, this had caused some issues for her public figure status.

3. The accessories that were added I didn't see the day before.  Changing out earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc this will back up the lineup during changes for each model.  Each model doing 3 changes each, this makes it difficult to dress and undress the models into their next looks.

4. Changing their line up in the middle of the show, putting smaller dresses on larger frame models also messes up and confuses the models.  The models knows what the are wearing and knows the lineup of who is before them and after them.

5. She didn't take my advice or anyone from my teams advice.  They should of used more models and had spread out the line up better.

RECALLED BY Volunteer #1

Okay as you may know, most designer's collections, should had been on a smaller model but one off those designer was complaining regarding the piece was ripped the zipperr did not work on one of those looks from the  collection. So one of the hair stylist came to fix it. Is really hard to help them. when the next designer is up running for their line of collection.is very hard to keep it focused, when the designers changed the order of the  collection so therefore if someone had to wear a smaller size then they had me put clothes on an entirely whole different model.... and it was  so  hard to keep up -because and  that's why  these clothes got ripped.

RECALLD BY ASSISTANT to the  RUNWAY DIRECTOR

The main reason she was mad was because she wasn't able to show all her designs, right? Well when I was going around to each designer asking them for their line up, the Ukraine designer said okay and started the line up with me. Then it got to a point where one of the models only had 3 models between each other, I told her and her sister this,  and her sister seemed to understand but the designer said "no that's okay" and moved on with the line up. In her line up there were two Nancy's, in the beginning I called the new Nancy (I know her, I've worked with her before) Nancy 1 and the other one that was in the modeling competition Nancy 2. So when we came to there second outfit the designer didn't know which Natalie was going to wear which dress. I told her that the two Natalies are shaped differently and we should figure out which one should wear what. This for some reason frustrated her and she said, "This is not point, this is a waste of time. I will figure it out as I go" So I said, Okay and walked away. I had half the line up for her collection ready. If she would have taken time to finish the line up and taken my advice about that model having more model between her, there wouldn't be an issue and all her whole collection would have been shown. I was able to help the French Designer and made sure her line up was doable, and everything went good with her.

RECALLED BY A Runway Model

Well she wasn't rude to me or anything but when she got really mad she threw a crown or a hair piece??  and it hit me in the stomach . I was changing into my next outfit she was mad because the finale didn't go as planned and the guy with the suit was trying to calm her down !

RECALLED BY A Runway Model

All I know is that I was mad after that first designer , because that other model  ? Couldn't go out cuz her nipples were showing so I had to rush out and when I was changing out for the next design and  I hurried because  I had the 4th outfit and I removed all my earrings and bracelets with the necklace and handed them to the intern- with the ombré hair? And that's all I recall idk where she put them.

Oh and it wasn't her line up. It was the runway model that held up everything.  She said he couldn't be photographed with her nipple showing so I ran and got her a circle band aid and I guess we were not fast enough and I heard the designer say "fXXk" something something nipple and that's when I had to go out on the runway. And afterwords she said sorry and she was pissed I was suppose to be last.

I know things never run perfectly but after i read all these emails, i then looked at all the images, and understood

how unhappy the expressions are on these faces who were wearing the collection. WE had a really smooth event until the last night and until this designer. We all know we will have one bad apple but in this case it was one bad Cherry in the Cherry LIfe Collection  you never know what will happen when alot of stress is in the AIR, i hope this has clarified what we had to work with and how we did our best to make all the shows run smoothly but I personally could not be in every location during Fashion week i had my own plate of responsibilities with the front of house so we can only do what we are humanly possible.

I know my team is a very passionate group of artists and talent and we look forward to the next event, we love what we do and we do know these kind of things do happen  when dealing with alot of emotion-  its hard to control every little thing we wish ANVI the best of luck with her Collection and Business, we did the best we could but we all have to take responsiblity for our own ACTIONS and learn how to listen and respect others, and be humble and learn from our mistakes, throwing items and having a Fit behind the scenes is fine but do not think for a minute to Blame someone else for your actions, this is NOT Professional as its clearly how you are looked at and by mistreating people and not writing the truth  will come back full circle.

Response to your demanding a refund.
