Milken finance Mullen financial group $6900 loan... year and half later I owe $6300 WESTMINSTRER California
I will keep it simple, I purchased a 2004 BMW 330ci with 84,000 for $6999 and $2000 down (+4,999). 17 months later my vehicle was reposses and they stated I owe $7,100. I received a copy of my credit score and it just happened to have every payment I made to mullen finance. Total I paid until repo: $8,937. I financed the vehicle at a whopping 21% yet that sums up to $1,469.79 in finance charge. So heres the math, $6,999 + $1,469.79= $8,468.79. When i asked what's the deal am employee asked me "if you have receipts we can credit your account". I knew I wasn't getting anywhere at that point so I asked for a copy of my contract since the flimsy yellow contract they give you tends to loose the ink after time. "Robert" asked me why I needed it and I said because my copy disintegrated. He agreed to email me A copy which I received a few hours later. So the "contract" they send me stated I agreed to buy a used 2004 BMW 330ci for $13,106 and my down payment wasn't included. I worked at oc auto expo where I purchased the car. I initially wanted a 2007 bmw 335i for $8,900 but didnt qualify. This is just to give an idea of the ridiculous amount mullen finance stated I owe. As my fiance was looking thru my Google drive for old pictures, she found I took a picture of my contract when I first got the car and.... (Spoiler) the contract is way different.
