May 2005, I contacted Millennium Credit Services LLC. (MCS), a credit repair service and requested information. I was advised it would cost $1600 to repair my credit and was sent a starter kit which included; a contract, a Limited Power of Attorney, a form to automatically withdraw $215 monthly from my checking account and a Retainer form. I completed the forms and returned them with a $399 deposit. A week later I called to follow-up and was transferred to Eric who would be working on my account. I asked him what happened to the money I sent them to settle my accounts and was told he check into it and call me back.

I called back a couple of days later to speak with Eric and was told they made an error and applied the money to the cost of the service. During that week I called several times to resolve this problem and could not reach Eric. On August 20th I was later told that he was no longer in Customer Service and was transferred to Luis. Having made several calls to Luis requesting an update on my account I was given a different story every time. No one knew exactly where the money I sent them was. I asked for a letter detailing where the money I sent them was but all my requests were ignored. During the course of several months I sent MCS payments totaling $3044. On October 24th I contacted the owner of MCS Mr. William Revman and was told I had sent them only $1000. He asked me to send proof of the money I had sent which I did immediately in the form of copies of the cancelled checks. I called Mr. Revman several times but was told he was out of the office. I left several voicemails but none where returned. I resorted to contacting a lawyer and a letter was sent to Mr. Revman but that received no response. Millennium Credit Services,LLC is a scam. They are misleading and do not deliver the service promised. They kept my hard earned money and refuse to return it. I have been victimized by MCS and I advise everyone to stay away from them.

I used millenium cedit too...

Yes, I used this company and they bull crapped me too in the beginning. I had a black lady working there explain to me in great detail how this really works. I didn't want to hear her crap but after sometime she said your can either listen or take your chances and I chose to listen because I was pissed off.

Basically this will hurt your credit but will benefit you in the end, the reason I got cold feet or was pissed off was because I wanted results right then and was impatient. In the real world things don't always happen when we want them too, it's a process. Well to make a long story short it took some time but 95% of my bad credit was reduced and paid off much sooner than me paying them off. I didn't have the credit counseling Mumble Jumble on my credit report it said late, late, late fees, high interest, charged off to very bad; but ultimately I walked away from the debt sooner and paying a lot less than what was being demanded of me and able to buy. People have bad luck and creditors are only interested in current and paid off.

For to all those people out there who don't want to save their nickels will ultimately dissatisfy themselves and blame the company. Even though my credit showed charge offs, late payments, bad debt the key was in a matter of 2 1/2 years they all pretty much showed paid off which is a lot better than, showing late and credit counseling (I'm not an alcoholic) I just ran into a bad time in my life. Put it to you this way if I hadn't used them when I did, I would still be under all that debt and high interest and bad credit. It worked for me.

If you are not serous or not disciplined enough to put that money aside, and or is a procrastinator you should not get involved in this. If you want a quick fix scheme then good luck. Good thing comes to those who are patient. I never wanted to have bad credit but hey, creditors don't care about anything but getting their money and they much rather have something than nothing. This program is not for everyone it takes someone with a radar at the end of their head to understand.

PS. my brother used another company same concept but paid way more than I did with this company and failed to save and when it came time to pay off he didn't have anything saved or put up and he kept communicating with the creditors when he was told to just hang up and not answer. So, for people like him the system don't work. And it was not the company it was him. You have to do what they tell you to, because if you don't its your own fault.

They pulled me out, and I didn't take 7 to 10 years. I don't know what happened with this person but I am living proof and is content.
