Do not do business with this company! I ordered a transmission on October 28th and was told the transmission was in stock and would be sent out the following day and they would call to confirm shipment. After a week of no returned calls and excuses, excuses and more excuses on why it hadn't shipped, I spoke with the Sales Manager, Sierra, and told her to cancel the order. She became quite irritated and actually hung up on me after agreeing to cancel the order.

It has now been more than 2 weeks, I have made several calls and they have still not credited my charge card with the refund.

The people who work for this company are bald faced liars. Don't believe anything they tell you. The only thing they can do competently is charge your credit card. After which, you will never hear from them again!

Anyone who is interested in a class action lawsuit against this company, please contact me.
