Millennium Hotel St. Louis Weddings horrible customer service... this place is a joke! St. Louis, Missouri
I booked my wedding here for this coming September. I kept trying to email my consultant and I wasnt able to reach her for about a week, So I decided to call her and when I called to find out whats going on... I found out that my consultant had quit and nobody let me know anything by email or calling me. If i wouldnt have called them I really wonder how long it would take them to let me know what was going on. I signed up with my consultant because she was very nice and I could tell she would get things done...
Now they are giving me to some other person that I have never met. The one guy had the nerve to say we will try our best to make your wedding nice. My fiance and I are paying a good amount of money and want a perfect wedding... not an okay/nice wedding. I want to have no worries that day for sure.... So I told them I want to cancel.... and they said they could do that but wouldnt give me my deposit back. This is bad on their part ... not informing me asap about the change... so this should be on them and I should get every penny back.
They were very rude to me on the phone. My consultant shouldve quit she didnt fit at this place with the rude management. The one manager found out I tried to talk to someone over him and he said he know and thats okay... like i should be scared. They actually had an excuse that my consultant had a bunch of people she was taking care of and that they were still trying to let people know.... but how hard in this day in age is it to send an email to all her people at once? Close her email account down so that I know something is different right away. Hopefully they will do something about this... but if there main manager is as ridiculous as the rest.... beware of this place. TMV
