This is a very complex scam by a couple who are as unscrupulous as they come. Mr. Ron Daniels a VOLUNTEER Harris county Constable has essentially paraded around telling people that he is a cop. Nothing can be further from the truth. Every one that gets involved with him believes he is a stand up guy and wants to do business with him.

His motives are far from pure. Ron claims to have invented a lock that is so secure that everyone should have it and will. Again a bunch of BS. He baits you in with accommodations and slick snake oil salesman routine and once he has his fangs into you, sucks the life blood out of you and ruins any and all relationships you have.

His M.O. is to have you solicit and or Invest personally in "The Ultimate Lock". His debt free company. What he doesn't tell you is that the company is debt free because he doesn't pay anyone. He leaves a horrible trail of debts all over town. In this case its Houston.  People have suffered tremendous losses with him simply because he scams them. He is that good. His wife and he have filed personal bankruptcy due to past failures and have NEVER disclosed it to anyone. All of the current investors, most of whom have sued or are in process of suing him, essentially have never seen a quarterly report any type of earnings or financials on Millennium and he constantly goes out and solicits public money without any proper paperwork filed with the state of Texas.

Whats best is that his biggest distributor; Lowes. Yes thats Lowes Home Improvement has been made aware of his scam and although hes been exposed they continue to support his scheme.

Ron has signed congruent exclusive agreements with Lowes, Kobaltech, and Globalsec. Essentially giving exclusive rights to his products  to three different companies at the same time.

Anyone who has become a dealer/distributor has lost money. BMC West, GlobalSec, and more! EVERYONE.

What really is troubling is that although his investors are suffering, he and his family ride around in new cars and spend like drunken sailors. In fact he recently built a 100K pool and drives around in a 250K Lamborghini.

DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. You will loose 100% of your money and essentially have no accountability for your investment. All you will see is your money going to the lavish lifestyle of Mr. Ron and Sheila Daniels.

More bad debt left by these 2 scammers

The Daniels have left a mountain of debt and have Judgments from Regions Bank ( cause no. 2003-69946, receipt no. 195158, look it up in Ft Bend public records)  as well as Citibank, American Express. here is one we just found from Regions Bank, he and his wife left in August of 2004 when they owned a company Southern Educational Alliance, Inc. This one is a whopper! He was tagged with a $100,000. Judgment with 9605.45 in interest. to begin. top that off with 1600. in attorneys fees and this so called self made business mogul owes 2 banks over 170.000.!!!

Next he forms Millennium Lock, Inc in 2006 and gets investors to invest millions in a lock that he did not invent, he does not outright own the patents, as he claims (verified) and claims to investors that he's debt free! Of course he's technically debt free; he pays no one so he's debt free.

Do not invest with these 2 cretins you will lose everything they take from you. There are no satisfied investors and a trail of vendors that remain unpaid. There are no satisfied distributors, he buys back their inventory for 50 cents on the dollar and then resells them to Lowes Stores who sells them for 175.00 each when you can buy them from disgruntled distributors on Amazon for 119.00 each. OR on Craigslist for as low as 99.00 each!

Know this face, when he asks you to invest in Millennium Lock or to do business with him, turn and run. He's left a trail of bad debt and unpaid invoices along with a lot of very upset investors who are waiting for their money. Beware, he continues to raise money for Millennium Lock and as long as Lowes Stores supports his habit, no one will get paid from the Constable (Reserve)

I plan to have testimonials from Investors who put their hard earned money into this Company, Millennium Lock. I plan to have their contracts posted here and unpaid invoices posted here as well as legal docs that support these statements. The facts speak for themselves. Bankruptcies, unpaid debts and unpaid employees are just a small part of their past, Ron and Sheila Daniels are bad news. We will continue to tell their story and support our allegations about these 2 cretins.

They will tell their story of how they were conned into writing checks with false promises of a return for their dollars invested. Also I plan to have vendors who remain unpaid by these 2 swindlers as well as employees who are still waiting for their paychecks. All this while the 2 owners continue to buy expensive cars for their kids, build a lavish pool in their yard and buy expensive clothes and jewelery

Owners filed Bankruptcy 2006

Ron and Shiela daniels Filed for Bankruptcy in 2006, since they have taken over 2 million in private money to feed their greed. The investor money was supposed to be used for building the Company but instead it's been used as an elaborate scheme to make money for themselves while the investors are left out in the parking lot! DON't Invest with this duo, stay away from their product and their Company. Look up their past in the records of Harris County, Don't take my word, get the truth about these parasites:

The BBB finds the company deceptive, dishonest and the numerous "divisions" of it to be mis-leading.

Here's a link to what the BBB has to say about this fraudulent business:

The advice given above is sound, stay away from this "business."

Captain Ron, fast talker, hide your wallet

#8REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, September 06, 2011

This self proclaimed Constable Captain Ron, (Reserve) is a complete phony. He hawks his wares in front of Lowes with his "Billy Maze" headset and puts the fear of being murdered by intruders crashing in your front door. (Like they couldn't just wait for you to walk up to the door then go in with you, Hello!~) The bad part is that people who truly cannot afford 200. a lock often spends over 500. dollars on their credit card and before they know it they are into this used car salesman for 750 bucks with installation and other hardware needed to build that "SafeRoom" He and his arrogant wife push this hardware down your throat. Living a lavish lifestyle of expensive clothes, jewelry and cars, they clean the cash out of any unsuspecting mark that wants to do the best thing for their family. It really doesnt get much lower then these 2 swindlers. Using his Cop experience he claims that he has witnessed many home invasions and that is why he invented the lock. RIGHT! I believe it was for the easy money he makes by using borrowed money to build the locks, investor money to market the locks and the Lowes receivables to support his need for GREED. Dont get Ripped Off, if you must buy the lock on the Internet from another distributor who will sell his overpriced lock for only 119. or 109.  Do your homework and dont give him a dime of your hard earned money.

Whoever wrote the previous report was dead on.

I personally know that Millennium scammed my dad out of over 50,000 dollars and when he died he basically told us to go pound sand.

After numerous attempts to collect our money we have been forced to hire a prominent attorney to essentially sue for what is rightfully owed to us.

Never ever invest with MIllennium. The principals filed Bankruptcy but never disclose this information. They have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars in investor money with little or no accountability.

The product is great, but the management is a sham. My opinion is its like a ponzie scheme but I cant prove it.

Just be careful and know that there are much better investments out there.
