 I am a senior who needs to watch my money like all other seniors which makes this all the worse. This RV dealer/repair facility took advantage of me and my good nature. I was lied to, cheated and defrauded out of nearly $10,000.

I took my coach in and dropped it off at Millennium and they kept it for more than a month. I asked that they fix the A/C, find a water leak inside, paint the bottom 6 in of the side of the coach and fix the wiring.

When I got it back they did not fix the water leak that had now done some significant damage but they did lie to me and say they removed the refrigerator and cleaned behind it while looking for the leak, which in fact never happened. The A/C 's both went out within a week of our vacation and we had to drive 800 miles round trip out of our way to get it fixed due to 95% temps and no working A/C.

 The wiring was done by what appears to be a 10 year old based on what was done or should I say not done? Wires hanging everywhere, panels not put back together, wires run over moving objects so as to cause a fire hazard and breakers now tripping during the whole 30 day vacation.

My wife, who is by no means a mechanic, would have done a better job as she at least knows better then to leave it all messed up like they did; 4 electric panel covers left off with screws on the floor in front of them.

Now on the painting, they painted the whole side except the last 4 feet so the paiting does not match despite paying almost $3,000 for this job. A kid can see the three shades of color difference.

RV places have a bad reputation for the most part and anyone who owns an RV will tell you that ,but I was told this place was different ,but I can tell you for a fact that the assistant service manager Stephen who I dealt with called me and set up an appointment and said they would of course make it all right.

A few days later Mike the service manager called to say they were not going to make what they did to me right and I could basically go to hell.

Do not do ANY business with this place owned by a man named Nelson who is more interested in the all mighty dollar then doing right by his customers.

 The owner of Millineum Luxury coach, Nelson, called me and asked me to bring my coach back in. I did and he met me and walked through the coach with me and said he would take care of it.

I left it for several weeks and they went through it and took care of all of my complaints. I am a happy customer once again. I do not think he knew what was going on in his service department but after making some personal changes I think he is once again on top of his company and I would recommend this company.
