I just discovered I've been scammed and am crying as I write this. This is my story.

Morgan Wardell called me on 10/9/08 and again on 11/3/08. I thought the Millenium Plus sounded like a terrific GPS vehicle tracking and locating device that I could surely sell, so I paid $20 to get the introductory package.

Morgan said the distributorship was $2449, but I only needed to pay $1439 up front. The balance of $1010 had a 90 day guarantee that if I did not triple my money in 90 days, I did not have to pay the balance. I was told the $1200/year coaching fee would ALSO be waived, and that I would make back my investment after selling only 12 units. I only needed to have the unit installed, which should only cost around $30-$70. Sounded good to me! So I paid $1439 and received my distributor kit and M-Plus unit.

I received a call from Rich Patterson, Marketing, to set up my website, which did get set up and registered with Yahoo, Google, and AOL. And the web hosting fee of $25/mo would be permanently WAIVED after I sold my first 20 units, which I knew should not be a problem!

Mid November, Alan Aaron called me to talk about advertising. I had recently retired and had some discretionary income for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, so decided to make an investment that I was sure would pay off. After all, it takes money to make money, so I paid $6900 for the following:
1) 6000 pieces of advertising to be mailed to fleet companies, directly to the contact person who can do the purchasing for each company, 500 pieces per month for 12 months;
2) PLUS 18,000 guaranteed internet hits at 1500 per month for 12 months;
3) PLUS 300 free brochures and postcards (which I DID receive);
4) PLUS the $1010 permanently WAIVED. (I guess he knew I wouldn't make back my money, so just wanted it to look like an even better deal.)

In early December, I spoke with Rich Patterson again. He said the mailings would not begin until January, as December is a bad time and most companies have new budgets at the beginning of the year. Made sense to me.

On 12/22, I received notice of a $19.95 charge to our bank account from Horizon Technologies, and I didn't know what it was for, so I called Rich Patterson, my marketing coach. He said it was the December monthly servicing fee. I told him I had not even had the unit installed yet! He said that couldn't be helped, and that I was also going to be charged $25 for the monthly web hosting fee, but that he COULD help me with the web hosting fee. Rich said he would WAIVE the $25 web hosting fee for Jan, Feb, and March, and that should give me time to get some units sold, because that fee is waived forever after selling the first 25 (I thought it was 20).

So we got charged $19.95 + $25.00 in December, $19.95 in January, and I just now got enough money to have the unit installed, which cost $125! I was trying to figure out how to use the unit and called Rich for help. GUESS WHAT??? The toll free number had a recording that said I was "not authorized to make this call." I called the non-toll free number and got a dial tone like when a number is no longer working, then a recording that said "all circuits are busy, try your call again later." I was getting a really bad feeling about this time.

I tried to get into my own website and it was not there. I tried to get into a couple dozen other Millenium Plus websites, and none of them were there. Then I saw a couple Rip-off Reports popping up. I started reading and crying.

I am retired on a fixed income. My husband is a disabled vet. I used a chunk of my retirement and we have no savings left. In all, I've lost $8424. I was sure this was a great product that people would want. Now I have a unit in my car that I guess doesn't even work. If it DOES, I don't know how to use it. Does anybody know?

IS ANYBODY THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY A LAWYER??? Can we get a class action law suit going? I'd really like my money back.

I'm calling my bank tomorrow to see if they will be able to stop the $19.95 monthly service fees. It's bad enough I had to pay for Dec. and Jan. and didn't even have the unit installed! I was not charged for the Jan. web hosting fee, true to what Rich Patterson said, but want to be sure I do not get charged for it ever again, since I no longer have a WEBSITE!!!! I emailed Rich Patterson 3 hours ago and the email has not yet been returned. I pray he will answer me.
