I was going to Sears and parked next to this black truck with 3 guys in side one of them came out and was a very insistant fellow. stated that the company that he worked for gave them 3 systems to many. And he wanted to get rid of them before he went to the job he was sent out to do.

The systems looked real and I even looked in one of the boxes. The price on the box even looked real, with bar codes and price. $2386.00 for the 5 speaker and subwoofer, and 2 tower speakers, $1240.00 each
I told him I did not have alot of money. So he said to make him a offer. So not thinking he would exept it I told him I would give him $900.00 for the lot. He said sold, and proceded to put them in my car.

Not felling right about it I took down his plate number.#4AA 30W Missouri. Then came home only to find out 2 out of the 5 speakers worked. and one tower. And boy am I pi**ed. I want to get the guys.

I may have the same type of system as you bought/were ripped on. I am looking for round glass speaker bases. If your set has that, and the speakers are useless, I am interested in purchasing the glass bases should you still have them.
